1) Discovery & Validation Sprint (fixed fee - paid up front)

  • Clarify outcomes, scope, and must-haves (so the role is hireable, not wishful).

  • Decision-ready plan: proceed, adjust, or pause - with a clear recommendation.

2) Expert Recruitment Support (Success fee: 2x the sprint fee, payable on successful hire )

  • Full hiring execution off the validated sprint: sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate management.

  • Structured shortlist with clear trade-offs and decision support.

  • Offer support through to start-date handover.

Example: For a Standard sprint the fee is NZD $5,000 + GST, the success fee on hire is NZD $10,000 + GST.

Commercial notes

  • GST is additional.

  • Success fee is invoiced when the candidate signs and is payable within 14 days (or by start date whichever comes first).

  • This model rewards outcomes while keeping your up-front risk controlled.

Invoice: 100% of the sprint fee is due at kick-off.
